Who We Are
InSite BUILD is a construction management firm based on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Our founder and President, Melissa Drew, is the driving force behind our reputation as a trusted partner within Maryland's construction circles. With over fifteen years of executive-level experience in the construction industry, managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects, Melissa's passion for excellence permeates every aspect of InSite BUILD. Our team shares her commitment to fostering effective communication, ensuring top-notch quality control on-site, adhering to project schedules, and forging meaningful relationships.
Building Community

As a company, we are committed to serving our neighbors, giving back to the community we call home, and helping our community build a legacy they can be proud of.
