InSite BUILD served as the Associate Construction Manager partner to Gilbane Building Company on this $28M renovation for the Delmarva Shorebirds.

This design-build project consisted of major facility renovations to support MiLB Player Development League (PDL) mandatory upgrades. Home, Visitor and Umpire clubhouses were vastly expanded and fully renovated. On-field renovations consisted of new bullpens, refreshed dugouts, new LED field lighting, a new batters eye, and new field netting extending through the outfield. A new 9,000 sf Performance Center has rounded out Perdue Stadium as one of, if not the best facility in all of Minor League Baseball.

InSite BUILD was proud to play a lead role on this project alongside our Gilbane partners. The InSite project management team co-led project activities with Gilbane field supervision. Our strong trade relationships brought several local trade partners to participate on the project, no doubt leading to its success, and our MBE certification ensured that State procurement goals were met.
