Salisbury University: Devilbiss Hall RTU Replacement

This quick project is InSite’s third HVAC replacement project with Salisbury University in an 18-month timespan. While the physical work to replace five (5) rooftop units occurred over just a two-week period in January, it was the early coordination and diligence with equipment procurement that made this project a success. Originally scheduled by SU as a Summer 2024 project, the InSite team and trade partners jump started the submittal process and were able to receive the long-lead equipment prior to SU’s winter break. The project was completed 6 months ahead of schedule, and more importantly, relieved the client from one more project being packed into an already busy summer construction schedule.
